About Yvette

I’m Yvette Salvaris, Director of Ethical Training Solutions. For over 25 years, I’ve been teaching, training, and supporting people to grow in their careers and confidence. I started ETS because I saw a real gap: too many people in the care and education sectors were thrown into the deep end without the right skills or support. Training often felt too corporate, too theoretical, and not connected to the realities of day-to-day work. I wanted to change that. At ETS, we keep things practical, real, and ethical. Every course is designed to give you strategies you can actually use, not just tick a compliance box. And because connection matters just as much as knowledge, we make sure our training also helps you build networks and relationships that can support you long after the session ends.Outside of ETS, I wear a few other hats — volunteering with therapy dogs, supporting cultural community groups, and yes, occasionally squeezing in travel when I can. But at the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: when we invest in people, we strengthen the whole community.
